Our workshops focus on developing practical skills that can be learned in a shorter time frame.

The cost includes seats for the birthing person and a support person of their choice (partner, friend, doula, etc.). This class will begin with learning about labyrinths throughout history and how they can mirror labor, birth,and . We will then spend time creating our own labyrinths to use for the guided meditation. We then do an exercise that parallels labor and reveals an inner dialogue to help us gain insight on how we can mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and internally prepare for birth.
Postpartum Preparation

The purpose of this workshop will be to better prepare you for crossing the threshold of birth into postpartum. This class will look to touch on the following topics:

- Support Systems
- Possible Impacts
- Physical Healing Timelines and Expectations
- Psychological Preparedness
- Nutrition & Repletion
- Exercise & Return to Fitness
